To aid speakers and presenters at GSC 2023, we have put together some information which will be useful in your preparation for the event. Use the buttons below to lsee the information which is most relevant to your type of presentation.
Your Presentation
You will be allocated five minutes for your oral presentation.
The paper sessions are chaired and will consist of nine presentations of 5 minutes, followed by a 15-minute discussion at the end of each session.
Please note that your presentation must strictly adhere to the time limit of five minutes.
Presenters are required to prepare a PowerPoint presentation featuring the main messages of your work. We recommend that oral presentations have 5-7 slides, created with Microsoft Power Point (versions 2003 or later) for Windows or Mac. No other software for slides (i.e. Keynote) will be accepted.
Further technical instructions will be communicated to you later.
Disclosure Form - Mandatory
The GSC requires presenters to include their mandatory financial disclosure after the first/title slide of their presentation. Please click here to download the disclosure slide.
Registration Deadline for Presenters
The Global Spine Congress (GSC) 2023 returns as an in-person congress.
Please note that the abstract presenter needs to register for GSC by December 21, 2022, at the very latest, in order to be a confirmed presenter and to have your abstract published in the Global Spine Journal. Failure to register before the specified deadline will result in the withdrawal of your abstract from the GSC program. Only two abstracts per presenter were accepted.

We strongly encourage you to attend for the entire duration of the GSC.
Visa

The posters will be displayed electronically as “e-posters” in the specified area. The e-poster template and upload details will be sent to you at a later date.
